Congratulations to club members Paul Rudge and Paul Athersmith for attaining Guinness World Record, after 24 painstaking hours Paul & Paul secured the record at 9:14 on Sunday morning of the 6th December 2009, by beating the previous record with almost 1000 points!!! Thanks to all who supported the effort, especially Joe Bransfield who shot with Paul and Paul for the first 12 hours.

Who?

We are a group of archers (of varying talents!), who shoot in Wellington, Telford.

Founded in 1976 we now have over 75 members including an active junior section. We offer Target Archery facilities for all bow types and can cater for disabled archers as well. Our members range from 7 to 70+ in age and from novice to GB National Squad in ability.

Where?

During indoor season (October to May) we shoot at the Charlton School, Wellington, TF1 3LE (MAP)

Our outdoor venue is the BRJ School, Wellington, TF1 3DY (MAP)

When?

Normal Club Days are:

Outdoor: Sun 2pm to 5pm & Weds 6pm to Dusk (other evenings by arrangement with key holders)

Indoor: Sat 2pm to 5pm, Mon 6pm to 8.00pm & Weds 6pm to 8.00pm
